Return & Refund Policy – Megawowfactory

Due to the nature of our products, we have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and untampered items.
Perfume products may vary slightly in scent due to natural differences or previous versions. These variations do not constitute a defect and cannot be returned for this reason.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via email at Ultra@megawowfactory.com, including your order number.
- If your return is approved, we will send instructions on where to ship your items.
- You must return the items within the 30-day period stated above. Returns sent without prior approval or outside the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we process refunds within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items that appear used or damaged upon return may not be refunded
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Ultra@megawowfactory.com with photos. We will assess and provide a solution.
- Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
- For approved cases, we cover the return shipping cost.
Cancellations
Orders are final once placed. If you need to cancel, contact us before the order is processed. After processing, orders cannot be canceled, and standard return procedures apply.
Incorrect Address Information
Always provide complete and accurate address details. We cannot refund orders that do not arrive due to incorrect or incomplete information. If you contact us before processing, we may update your address. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
